After you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. From there, we’ll send you a separate email containing tracking information once your order has shipped and is on its way to you.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY ‘MADE TO ORDER’?

All of our pieces are created just for you. 💌
In other words, we create each piece only after you’ve ordered it. Instead of mass-producing thousands of items that sit in a warehouse, we’ve prioritized an approach that enables us to celebrate the Women of Letters community while also growing sustainably as a small founder-led business and doing our part to help reduce waste.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND & RETURN POLICY?

We stand behind the quality of our pieces.
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue, we’ll make it right: simply contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll provide a replacement or refund—no questions asked.
Otherwise, because everything is made to order, all sales are considered final. (e.g., We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as preferring a different style than what was initially ordered.)
